How does it work?

• Our Wellness Screening Team provides highly experienced, well qualified personnel and state of the art equipment.


• We’ll complete a Health Status Appraisal to help identify lifestyle and other risks.


• A baseline screening is performed including blood pressure, body fat and Body Mass Index.


• Ultrasound Vascular Screening assesses risk factors for Carotid Artery Disease (Stroke), Peripheral Artery Disease and Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm.  


• The duration of most screenings is one hour, however there are individual circumstances where it may take longer.


• The tests are reviewed by our medical staff.


• Your report will include the test results, a Ten-Year Cardiovascular Risk Appraisal, and a risk assessment based on your vascular screening.


• MEDCREST provides educational material on how to address your health concerns.


• Clients will have continued access to MEDCREST information.


• Clients can be referred to optional Personalized Wellness Programs.
